Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Java Full Stack Developer with strong Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) experience to build scalable enterprise applications while improving production reliability and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Java full-stack development, cloud technologies, CI/CD, observability, and production support.

Required Skills

• Strong experience with Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and Microservices
• Hands-on experience in React or Angular, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
• Experience in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) or Production Support
• Strong understanding of SLIs, SLOs, Error Budgets, and reliability engineering principles
• Experience with Monitoring, Alerting, Logging, Tracing, and Incident Management
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, Jenkins, and deployment automation
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills for production environments
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies

Preferred Skills

• Infrastructure as Code (Ansible, Puppet, Chef, Terraform)
• Scripting using Python, Shell, PowerShell, or Groovy
• Maven, Ant, Nexus, or Artifactory
• SonarQube, ELK Stack, Splunk

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Java-based enterprise applications using Spring Boot and Microservices.
• Develop responsive front-end applications using React or Angular.
• Improve system reliability, scalability, and availability by implementing SRE best practices.
• Define and monitor SLIs, SLOs, and Error Budgets.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments.
• Implement observability solutions including monitoring, logging, tracing, and alerting.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and drive permanent fixes.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and deployment processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software.
• Participate in incident management and blameless postmortems.
• Reduce operational toil through automation and process improvements.
• Mentor junior engineers and support DevOps initiatives.
