UiPath Solution Lead Opportunity | C2C | Hybrid | 10+ Years Experience

Role: RPA UiPath Solution Lead

Location: Houston, TX – Hybrid 03 days per week

Duration: 12+ Months

Mandatory Skills:

Advanced UiPath Development & Solution Delivery:

1.           Design, develop, test, and deploy enterprise-grade automations using UiPath.

2.           Lead the technical implementation of complex automation programs while remaining hands-on in development activities.

3.           Convert business requirements into scalable technical designs and solution architecture documents.

4.           Develop reusable automation frameworks, libraries, and components.

5.           Ensure adherence to coding standards, development best practices, and governance processes.

6.           Troubleshoot production issues and drive root cause analysis and permanent fixes.

7.           Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA teams, and infrastructure teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.

8.           Support UAT, deployment, hypercare, and production stabilization activities.

Integration & Enterprise Development:

1.           Strong development experience in C#, VB.NET, .NET Framework, and SQL.

2.           Experience integrating UiPath with enterprise applications using APIs, web services, queues, and databases.

3.           Experience working with Salesforce, ServiceNow, Guidewire, Duck Creek, SharePoint, SAP, or similar enterprise platforms.

4.           Experience implementing secure credential management and enterprise security controls.

5.           Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, source control, and automated deployment processes.

Insurance Domain & Business Process Automation:

1.           Experience automating insurance business processes.

2.           Understanding of Claims, Underwriting, Policy Administration, Premium Processing, and Broker Operations.

Strong programming experience in C#, VB.NET, .NET Framework.

2.           Experience with UiPath growth product like IXP, DU, Action Centre,

3.           Familiarity with UiPath Process Mining, Test Automation, Agent Builder, Maestro.

4.           Experience with SQL Server and relational databases.

5.           Working knowledge of REST APIs and integration architecture.

6.           Experience with version control tools and CI/CD processes.

7.           Knowledge of infrastructure, security, disaster recovery, and high availability environments.

GOOD TO HAVE:

1.           UiPath Advanced Developer Certification (Mandatory)

2.           UiPath Specialized AI Professional Certification

3.           Familiarity with other RPA tools is an advantage (but not a must)

4.           Finance processes, P2P, Q2C, R2R
