A market leader in AI-driven enterprise software is seeking an Arabic-Speaking Project Coordinator to manage account implementations, drive platform adoption, and act as the vital bridge between enterprise clients and internal product teams.

Work Model: 100% Remote within the UK (CET-aligned)

Flexibility: Initial 30-hour work week (9:00 AM – 3:00 PM CET / 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM UK) with rapid ramp-up to 40 hours based on performance.

Contract: 12-month fixed-term contract starting September 2026.
What You’ll Be Doing

Serve as the dedicated operational contact for Arabic and English-speaking enterprise accounts.

Facilitate client kick-offs, run 1:1 onboarding calls, and structure learning rollouts.

Manage asynchronous technical troubleshooting: log bugs, gather screenshots/logs, and resolve setup issues within a strict 1-to-2-hour response SLA.

Work a Sunday through Thursday schedule to align with regional client working days.

Track project deliverables using Jira, Monday.com, and Slack while analysing basic platform adoption metrics.
What You’ll Bring

Native-level fluency in Arabic and professional fluency in English.

2+ years of B2B SaaS client-facing experience in project management, customer success, or tech support.

Hands-on proficiency with project tracking tools (Jira, Monday.com, Asana, Trello, or Notion).

Strong asynchronous communication skills with proven ability to work autonomously.

Availability for a Sunday–Thursday shift pattern and a notice period of 2 weeks or less.
