Role: NCompass Consultant

Experience: -Min 10+Years

Location: - Remote USA

As a NCompass Consultant you will be a part of an Agile team to build healthcare applications and implement new features while adhering to the best coding development standards .

Responsibilities:

• Lead design, configuration, enhancement, and implementation activities within the NCompass platform.
• Perform hands-on configuration and customization of NCompass components.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical and functional specifications.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and provide root cause analysis.
• Lead platform upgrades, releases, and deployment activities.
• Optimize customer service workflows and improve operational efficiency.

Technical Leadership

• Serve as the SME for all NCompass-related initiatives.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development and support teams.
• Participate in architecture discussions and solution design review

Educational Qualifications: -

• Engineering Degree BE/ME/BTech/MTech/BSc/MSc.

Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable.
