Job Title: Senior ServiceNow Developer (ITOM / Discovery / Service Mapping) Location: DMV Area Duration: Longterm Hybrid: Onsite, 3 days per week

Role

  • Senior ServiceNow Developer with expertise in ITOM, Discovery, Service Mapping, ITSM, Service Portal, App Engine, and SPM.
  • Develop and enhance ServiceNow solutions, integrate enterprise applications via REST/SOAP APIs, and customise the Service Portal.
  • Experience with CMDB, Glide API, JavaScript, AngularJS, ServiceNow Studio, Microsoft Copilot integrations, and mentoring development teams is highly preferred.
  • Strong experience with ServiceNow best practices, technical documentation, and enterprise integrations is required
