Role Overview

Seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead **Inventory Planning & Replenishment (IP&R)** initiatives covering demand forecasting, replenishment, inventory optimization, and supply chain transformation.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage end-to-end IP&R projects from initiation through implementation.

* Manage project plans, schedules, risks, budgets, dependencies, and stakeholders.

* Partner with Supply Chain, Merchandising, Operations, IT, and business teams.

* Drive demand forecasting, replenishment, inventory optimization, and process improvement initiatives.

* Manage requirements, testing, UAT, deployment, and post-go-live activities.

* Track KPIs including forecast accuracy, service levels, inventory turns, stock availability, and replenishment performance.

* Lead governance meetings, executive reporting, change management, and user adoption.

Required Skills

* 7+ years of Project Management experience.

* 3 4+ years of hands-on **IP&R experience**.

* Strong knowledge of demand forecasting, replenishment, and inventory optimization.

* Retail, distribution, or manufacturing experience.

* Experience managing cross-functional Supply Chain and IT projects.

* Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodology experience.

* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

RELEX, Blue Yonder/JDA, SAP IBP/APO, Kinaxis, o9, Manhattan Planning, Oracle Retail Planning, Logility, or similar platforms.
