Job Description

Position and Company Summary: We are seeking a Program Manager to lead a high-visibility, enterprise-wide initiative focused on cyber resilience and regulatory compliance, aligned to NIS2 and DORA. This role owns the end-to-end execution of a cross-functional compliance program, driving the operationalization of cybersecurity, governance, and risk management requirements across security, data, legal, and business teams. The ideal candidate excels in cross-functional leadership, stakeholder influence, and translating regulatory frameworks into scalable, audit-ready operating models. Key Responsibilities * Lead end-to-end program delivery for NIS2 and DORA compliance initiatives, ensuring alignment with enterprise cybersecurity, risk, and governance strategies
* Drive coordination across cyber, business continuity, IT, legal/compliance, supply chain, and operations teams
* Establish and govern program structures, including RACI, decision frameworks, and escalation paths, to ensure clear accountability across global stakeholders
* Oversee execution of enhancement activities, ensuring alignment to regulatory obligations and audit readiness requirements
* Maintain integrated program plans, including dependencies, risks, issues, and progress tracking across multiple workstreams
* Identify program risks, gaps, and interdependencies, and drive mitigation strategies in partnership with domain leads
* Lead vendor and resource coordination, including support for external advisors and cross-functional program resourcing needs
* Deliver executive-level reporting and insights, including program status, key risks, financial considerations, and decision points
* Influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across a highly matrixed, global organization Job Requirements Experience: * Proven experience leading large, complex, cross-functional technology or cybersecurity programs at the enterprise level
* Track record of delivering high-visibility initiatives involving multiple teams, regions, and executive stakeholders
* Experience in consulting, technology, or data-driven environments preferred
Domain Expertise: * Strong understanding of cybersecurity governance, risk, and compliance (GRC)
* Experience with NIS2, DORA, or comparable regulatory frameworks strongly preferred
* Familiarity with cyber resilience, third-party risk management, cloud security, and data governance concepts
Core Competencies: * Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills

* Strong program structuring and execution capabilities (planning, governance, reporting)

* Duration: 6-month contract with strong potential for extension (no conversion)
* Work Hours: CST
* Location: Remote, with preference for Dallas-based candidates (not required)
* Travel: Occasional travel within the U.S. Key Responsibilities / Day-to-Day * Lead coordination across ~10–15 concurrent workstreams
* Drive cross-functional collaboration across cyber, IT, and business teams
* Proactively build and track action items across all workstreams (~50+ at times)
* Maintain program artifacts including RAID logs, status trackers, and reporting
* Develop and deliver executive-level status decks and updates
