Role: Servicenow ITAM Developer
Location – USA Remote

Required Skills:   
•    Experience in implementing SAMPro. 
•    In-depth knowledge of SAMPro modules with tables. 
•    Assisted customers in implementing SAM Tools across their organization. 
•    Worked on solution designing and implementation as per best practices for various module - SAM Pro. 
•    Working on Reclamation part in ServiceNow to reclaim the unused and low usage of software in client machine. 
•    Experience in Designing, customization, enhancing, workflow     configuration and supporting ServiceNow 
•    Experience of working with Service Catalog items in ServiceNow.  
•    Implemented SR''s Using Flow Designer Functionality. 
•    Worked on Workflow Editor 
•    Experience working with Client-side scripting (UI Policy, Client Script, UI Actions) and Server-side Scripting (Business Rules, Scripted Include) Editor, Flow Designer. 
•    Worked on Data loading, import sets, Data Source and Transform maps, Reports and Scheduled Jobs. 
•    Worked on Reports, dashboards. 
•    Worked on project with Agile methodology. 
•    Good knowledge of various inventory/ discovery solutions, like ADDM, Bigfix, SCCM, ServiceNow etc. etc. 
•    Design and implement HAM solutions for end to end Asset management lifecycle (from Asset sourcing to Asset Purchase /procurement to deployment to retirement/disposal/donation)
•    Interact with the Asset Management system to ensure data quality of new or changed Asset records
•    Ensure data integrity both from the ownership and discovery standpoints
•    Use the common service data model concepts to maintain the data integrity between cmdb and asset as required.
•    Analyze the different CI and data sources (with Discovery, procurement system etc) and establish process and solution for maintaining data integrity coming from multiple sources
•    Monitor ITAM Metrics to determine efficiencies: take appropriate actions to modify.
•    Work on finding root cause around asset data issues and propose solution for elimination of the same.
•    Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.
•    Work with process owners to understand the process requirements related to the capture of Hardware Asset data and develop technical specifications and solutions
•    Functional architects experience required.
•    Work with Application SMEs and stakeholders to perform gap analysis and provide solution.
•    Participate in Configuration Management meetings and Story Time where appropriate
•    Review the data being populated into the AMDB and act as partial owner of the AMDB
•    Minimum of 5 years'' experience with Hardware Asset Management process implementation.
•    Minimum of 5+year experience with ServiceNow Discovery (will be a plus)
•    Have strong functional understanding of SAM + HAM process and technical skills to build them.
•    Experience integrating with tools to federate data into the CMDB
•    Expert in IT Hardware Asset Management Lifecycle processes 
•    Implement Hardware Asset Management processes (from asset sourcing/purchase till disposal)
•    Good interpersonal skills, including collaboration, communication, relationship building, and negotiation.
•    Expert in IT Asset Management process & operational delivery
•    Familiarity with the following concepts: XML, JSON/script language, database, Scripting capabilities such as JavaScript, jelly, SQL.
•    Ability to discuss credentials, install a product, troubleshoot permission issues, discuss and trouble shoot network connectivity with network engineers
•    Experience in Service now customization and SR development.
•    Integration experience using SOAP/Restful API.
•    Candidates with SAM, HAM and other ITOM mainline certification will be preferred.
