Revenue Integrity Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Revenue Integrity Specialist to support healthcare revenue-cycle initiatives, charge capture, documentation reviews, audits, and process improvement. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background with knowledge of healthcare billing, coding, reimbursement, and revenue-cycle operations.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor''s degree in a clinical discipline required; Master''s preferred.
• 5+ years of clinical experience as an RN, APN/APRN, PA, or related clinical professional.
• Experience with healthcare billing, documentation, revenue cycle, or reimbursement systems.
• Knowledge of coding rules, charge capture, and clinical documentation.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and project-management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple complex projects.

Preferred Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• CPC or other coding certification.
• Pediatric/clinical healthcare experience.
• Experience with Epic or similar EHR/billing systems.
• Revenue integrity or charge capture experience.
