Looking for your first step into HR, graduate recruitment or talent development?
This is an outstanding opportunity for a school leaver, college leaver or someone early in their career to join a prestigious law firm as an Early Careers Administrator. No previous graduate recruitment or legal sector experience is required. Instead, we're looking for an organised, enthusiastic and people-focused individual with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.
Working within a supportive HR team, you'll play a key role in helping to attract, recruit and develop future legal talent while gaining valuable experience across recruitment, events, employer branding and talent development.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate careers events, recruitment activities and candidate engagement initiatives
• Arrange interviews, assessment days and candidate communications
• Manage and maintain recruitment systems and databases
• Support the delivery of vacation schemes, insight programmes and other early careers initiatives
• Assist with trainee and scholar events, inductions and development programmes
• Create engaging communications and marketing materials using Canva
• Act as a first point of contact for candidate and early careers enquiries
• Support budget administration, grants and general team operations
• Contribute to projects that help improve processes and the candidate experience
Who We're Looking For
• A school leaver, college leaver or junior administrator looking to begin a professional career
• Educated to A-Level standard or equivalent
• Previous office experience is helpful but not essential
• Customer service, retail, hospitality or other people-focused experience will be considered
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and a professional approach
• Confident managing multiple tasks and deadlines
• A positive attitude and eagerness to learn and develop
• Interest in HR, recruitment, events or talent development
