• Act as a first point of contact for candidate and early careers enquiries

• Support budget administration, grants and general team operations

• Contribute to projects that help improve processes and the candidate experience

Who We're Looking For

• A school leaver, college leaver or junior administrator looking to begin a professional career

• Educated to A-Level standard or equivalent

• Previous office experience is helpful but not essential

• Customer service, retail, hospitality or other people-focused experience will be considered

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

• Excellent communication skills and a professional approach

• Confident managing multiple tasks and deadlines

• A positive attitude and eagerness to learn and develop

• Interest in HR, recruitment, events or talent development

Why Apply?
