Data Architect

Data Architect Telford / Hybrid - 2 days per week onsite £640 inside ir35 6 months contract Active SC clearance We're looking for an experienced Data Architect to join a major UK Government programme, designing enterprise-scale data solutions that support critical public services.

You'll lead the architecture of modern data platforms, working across cloud, hybrid and on-premise environments to deliver robust, secure and scalable data solutions.

This role will see you designing end-to-end data architectures, driving data governance, supporting cloud migration initiatives and enabling advanced analytics and AI-ready data capabilities. We're looking for experience with:

Enterprise data architecture and data modelling<br />Data warehouses, data lakes and modern cloud data platforms<br />ETL/ELT, data integration and data virtualisation<br />Relational, NoSQL and cloud-based databases<br />Power BI, Pentaho, Denodo or similar analytics technologies<br />Agile, DevOps and CI/CD delivery environments<br />Technical leadership within large-scale transformation programmesThis is an excellent opportunity to work on high-profile, complex projects where you'll influence technical direction and deliver solutions that make a real impact
