IT Helpdesk Engineer: National Support & Training

HWLE is seeking an IT Support Officer to assist the IT Helpdesk and support users nationally, with a focus on proactive incident response and resolution. The role requires troubleshooting across hardware, software and network issues, supporting key Office 365 applications and iManage.

You will contribute to knowledge base creation, training staff, and providing after-hours support on a rotating roster. Applicants should have good time management and collaboration skills.
