The Role

• Monitor production processes and ensure adherence to timelines, quality, and quantity standards.
• Liaise with shift management regarding any operational disruptions or machinery issues.
• Independently procure or order necessary materials from the warehouse to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Ensure and document compliance with packaging regulations.

What You'll Need

• Ideally, formal training as a Machine and Plant Operator.
• Open to career changers from related fields such as plant mechanics, automotive mechatronics, or printing.
• Willingness to work in a 3-shift system.
