Now Hiring: Senior IT Project Manager

Location: Scottsdale, AZ
Onsite for first 6 months, then Hybrid (3 days onsite / 2 days remote)
Long-Term Contract or Direct Hire

We're seeking a seasoned Senior IT Project Manager to lead complex healthcare technology initiatives and software implementations. This role is ideal for a proven project leader who can manage multiple projects, collaborate with technical and business stakeholders, and drive successful delivery of healthcare-focused solutions.

Ideal Candidate:
A true Project Manager with a successful track record delivering healthcare technology projects, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end IT project delivery
• Manage scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and vendor relationships
• Coordinate with IT teams, clinical stakeholders, and business leaders
• Drive project governance, communication, and change management
• Develop project plans, status reports, and risk mitigation strategies
• Mentor junior PMs and support PMO best practices

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 7+ years of technology experience
• 5+ years of IT Project Management experience
• Experience leading Healthcare IT projects
• EMR/EHR implementation experience
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills
• Experience with Microsoft Project, SharePoint, Visio, and Microsoft Office

Preferred:
Epic implementation experience
Healthcare software deployment experience
Clinical systems integration projects
