Job Description

Telehealth Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPC)

Location: Louisiana
Employment: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

About the Role

We’re seeking Louisiana-licensed LCSWs, LMFTs, and LPCs to provide mental health services through telehealth. In this role, you’ll work with clients managing emotional concerns, relationship challenges, stress, life transitions, and other personal difficulties that impact their daily lives. You’ll be responsible for conducting therapy sessions, developing treatment plans, tracking client progress, and maintaining accurate documentation. This position is ideal for a clinician who values meaningful client interactions and the flexibility of working remotely.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a scheduled caseload and provide consistent virtual therapy sessions
  • Build rapport with clients and create a supportive environment for open discussion
  • Identify client concerns, strengths, and goals through clinical evaluation
  • Guide clients through treatment using approaches that align with their needs
  • Help clients develop coping strategies and practical tools for managing challenges
  • Review treatment progress and adjust the approach when clinically appropriate
  • Maintain organized client records, session notes, and required documentation
  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field
  • Active Louisiana LCSW, LMFT, or LPC license
  • Experience providing mental health therapy or counseling services
  • Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills
