Project Manager to support the implementation of an enterprise case management system for the Maryland AIDS Drug Assistance Program (MADAP) and CHIPS - MDH

Unisoftech Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support the implementation of an enterprise case management system for the Maryland AIDS Drug Assistance Program (MADAP) and CHIPS.

This role is responsible for day-to-day project management, coordination with State stakeholders and vendors, risk mitigation, status reporting, change management, and delivery oversight across the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day project activities, risks, and milestones.
• Coordinate between State agencies and IT contractors.
• Ensure deliverables are on scope, on time, and on budget.
• Prepare work plans, status reports, risk logs, and project artifacts.
• Support implementation planning, vendor management, and issue resolution.
• Coordinate with PMO, IV&V, QA, and State oversight teams.
• Support organizational change management and user adoption efforts.
• Track project progress and maintain project management system updates.

Required Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience.
• 5+ years of experience managing IT-related projects.
• Experience leading at least 3 successful projects delivered on time and on budget.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to negotiate and make decisions in the best interest of the project.
• Experience with PMI methodology and project management artifacts.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting State Government IT projects.
• Experience with Major IT Development Projects (MITDPs).
• Experience with enterprise healthcare case management systems.
