We are seeking a dynamic leader for a leading international specialist clinic renowned for its expertise in treating children with neurological and orthopedic conditions. As a teaching hospital affiliated with top universities, this facility is at the forefront of pediatric medical innovation.

The Role

• Provide comprehensive medical, organizational, and strategic leadership for the Pediatric Orthopedics department, with an emphasis on establishing and advancing its operative capabilities.
• Perform specialized surgical treatments for congenital and acquired musculoskeletal disorders in children and adolescents, covering the spine, extremities, and neuromuscular conditions.
• Develop and implement integrated treatment concepts encompassing acute care, surgery, and rehabilitation.
• Lead, develop, and expand a high-performing interdisciplinary team.
• Foster close collaboration with Neurosurgery, Neuropediatrics, Pediatric Rehabilitation, Anesthesia, Intensive Care, and Radiology.
• Represent the center professionally both internally and externally to referring physicians, professional societies, and network partners.
