System Engineer

Location: Tempe, AZ Description:
Qualifications

• Hands-on experience administering and supporting Red Hat Linux and Windows Server environments.
• Strong understanding of server hardware, SAN (Storage Area Network), and NAS (Network Attached Storage) technologies.
• Proven experience providing production support, managing incidents, and ensuring service availability in critical environments.
• Demonstrated ability to perform rapid triage, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and escalate problems effectively when required.
• Strong commitment to operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and collaborative teamwork.
• Experience supporting large-scale enterprise infrastructure environments is highly preferred.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced operational setting.
