AI Architect - Dallas TX - Locals Only

The AI Architect will serve as the technical leader responsible for defining enterprise AI architecture, evaluating emerging technologies, and designing scalable, secure, and production-ready AI solutions. This role requires exceptional business acumen and the ability to work closely with executive leadership, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to translate complex business challenges into innovative AI solutions.

What You Will Do

·       Define the enterprise AI architecture strategy supporting business transformation initiatives across manufacturing and corporate functions.

·       Partner with business leaders to identify high-value AI use cases and develop scalable solution roadmaps.

·       Design enterprise solutions utilizing Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), agentic AI, vector databases, and cloud AI platforms.

·       Establish AI governance, security, responsible AI, and model lifecycle management standards.

·       Provide technical leadership to AI engineering teams and guide architecture decisions from proof of concept through production deployment.

·       Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend enterprise adoption strategies that align with business objectives.

·       Collaborate with cybersecurity, infrastructure, data, cloud, and application teams to ensure scalable and secure AI implementations.

·       Communicate AI strategy and architecture recommendations to executive leadership and technical stakeholders.

What You Will Bring

·       Bachelor''s or Master''s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related discipline.

·       10+ years of software engineering or enterprise solution architecture experience with at least 5 years focused on AI/ML technologies.

·       Strong business acumen with the ability to understand complex enterprise processes and translate business needs into scalable AI solutions.

·       Hands-on experience with Python, OpenAI, Azure AI, AWS Bedrock, LangChain, LangGraph, vector databases, APIs, Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud-native architectures.

·       Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

·       Experience within the automotive, manufacturing, or industrial sector.

·       Knowledge of enterprise digital transformation and Industry 4.0 initiatives.

AI or cloud platform certifications and experience with MLOps and AI governance frameworks.
