Retail Sales Representative | Mason, OH, United States | Hybrid | $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

The Role

  • Provide in-store merchandising support to retail partners to meet shopper needs.
  • Build and maintain attractive product displays, including end caps.
  • Manage product rotation and shelf resets to optimize inventory.
  • Track inventory levels to identify sales opportunities for stores and suppliers.
  • Collaborate with retail teams to ensure product availability and presentation.

What You'll Need

  • Be 18 years or older.
  • Possess strong relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Have previous experience in sales and/or account management.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, and standing.
  • Proficiency in using a smartphone or tablet to record work.
  • Reliable transportation to travel to and from assigned work locations.
