Role: Data Scientist – Digital Experience, Adobe Analytics & Machine Learning (Snowflake / Python / SQL / P&C Insurance)
Location: San Antonio, TX (100% On-Site - 0% Remote Flexibility)
Duration: 6 Months (10/31/2026 – 04/30/2027)
Pay Rate: $49.00/hr On W2 | $55.00/hr On C2C
Role Summary
Seeking an experienced Data Scientist with 6–10 years of experience to join an enterprise team on-site in San Antonio, TX.
The role focuses on analyzing digital customer behavior across web and mobile channels, building predictive models, driving customer segmentation, and optimizing conversion funnels within the Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance domain.
Key responsibilities include leveraging Adobe Analytics, querying large datasets in Snowflake using SQL and Python, executing advanced machine learning models, and delivering actionable insights to executive stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
* Digital Behavior & Journey Analytics: Analyze end-to-end customer journeys, conversion funnels, attribution, and digital engagement using Adobe Analytics to optimize customer acquisition and retention.
* Predictive Modeling & Machine Learning: Design, build, and deploy predictive models, customer segmentation algorithms, and personalization strategies in Python to support business objectives.
* Data Extraction & Transformation: Query, clean, and transform large-scale datasets using Snowflake and advanced SQL for statistical analysis and feature engineering.
* Stakeholder Collaboration & Reporting: Partner with cross-functional digital marketing and product teams to define KPIs, construct dashboards/reports, and present findings to leadership.
* Governance & Domain Excellence: Ensure strict data quality and governance standards while applying P&C insurance business logic to operational and marketing analytics.
Required Skills
* Core Experience: 6–10 years of hands-on experience in Data Science, advanced statistical analysis, and machine learning.
* Digital Analytics Suite: Deep expertise in Adobe Analytics, Digital Experience Analytics, and Customer Journey Analytics.
* Data Engineering & Querying: Mastery of Snowflake, advanced SQL, and data modeling for large-scale data extraction.
* Advanced Analytics Stack: Direct expertise in Python for statistical analysis, machine learning model generation, and insights derivation.
* Domain Knowledge: Proven background in Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance.
* On-Site Commitment: Absolute willingness and availability to work 100% on-site in San Antonio, TX.
Preferred Qualifications
* Hands-on experience with Data Visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
* Exposure to Cloud Data Platforms (AWS, Azure) and Databricks.
* Advanced background in Customer Segmentation & Personalization Analytics.
