System Admin

We are seeking an experienced System Administrator for a long-term enterprise project in Raleigh, NC. This role is focused on ensuring the stability, security, and performance of critical infrastructure systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Infrastructure Management: Manage daily operations, server backups, recovery, and security administration.
• Performance Tuning: Monitor system logs, optimize capacity planning, and troubleshoot issues proactively.
• Access Control: Administer user accounts, permissions, and security compliance.
• Modernization: Support the migration and integration of new technologies into existing enterprise environments.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Public Sector Experience: Must have hands-on experience working within Government/Public Sector environments.
• System Administration: Proven experience managing enterprise server environments, backups, and recovery.
• Troubleshooting: Strong background in log analysis, performance tuning, and system optimization.
• Identity Management: Experience handling user accounts and access controls.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and cross-functional communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with large-scale enterprise infrastructure modernization.
• Familiarity with strict security compliance standards.
