Senior NBN Activation & Faults Lead

Optus is looking for a Senior NBN Manager to lead a wholesale NBN customer fault and activations team, ensuring smooth rollout of changes and new products. You will direct a team of 3-5 analysts and collaborate with partners to deliver world-class customer service and solutions.

You will oversee validation, qualification, and activation of services, manage senior stakeholder expectations, and drive performance metrics and SLAs with a focus on after-hours support and complex issue resolution.
