Salesforce Developer with nCino experience

Overview:
Candidate should have 8+ years of strong SFDC and nCino hands-on development experience and expertise in designing, developing, and implementing secure and scalable critical business solutions in Salesforce CRM.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with nCino, Salesforce Configuration, Development & Customization, Lightning Components, and Integrations, along with a strong understanding of Financial Services and Commercial Lending processes.

Roles & Responsibilities:
-Design, configure, develop, implement, and support solutions on the nCino Bank Operating System built on Salesforce.
-Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce and nCino solutions.
-Configure and customize nCino modules including Commercial Lending, Loan Origination, Customer Engagement, and Portfolio Management.
-Perform Salesforce configuration activities including custom objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, flows, approval processes, and security setup.
-Develop and customize Salesforce solutions using Apex, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and Visualforce where applicable.
-Design and implement integrations between Salesforce/nCino and external applications using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms.
-Perform data mapping, migration, transformation, and data quality activities across integrated systems.
-Develop reports, dashboards, and user interface enhancements to improve business productivity and user experience.
-Create and maintain technical design documents, configuration workbooks, integration specifications, and release documentation.
-Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce and nCino best practices, security standards, and governance processes.

Required Experience:
-2 to 15+ years of Salesforce experience depending on role level.
-Hands-on experience in Salesforce Configuration, Customization, Lightning Development, and Integrations.
-Experience working with the nCino platform and lending solutions.
-Experience in Banking, Commercial Lending, or Financial Services environments is preferred.
-Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and SDLC practices.
