Role Description The Technical Project Manager (TPM) will work full time in a remote capacity, coordinating cross-functional projects that support Attack Capital's investment platform and internal operations. Day-to-day responsibilities include defining project scope and requirements, creating detailed project plans, and tracking milestones to ensure timely delivery. The TPM will collaborate closely with engineering, product, and operations stakeholders, facilitate regular status updates, and manage risks and dependencies. This role also involves analyzing technical and business needs, refining processes, and helping implement tools that improve efficiency, reliability, and scalability. The TPM will be expected to document project outcomes, maintain clear communication channels, and contribute to strategic planning for future initiatives.


Qualifications

  • Strong Project Management and Program Management skills to plan, coordinate, and deliver complex initiatives.
  • Demonstrated Analytical Skills to interpret data, assess trade-offs, and support evidence-based decisions.
  • Effective Communication abilities to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders and provide clear updates.
  • Proven Team Leadership experience to guide cross-functional teams, manage priorities, and foster accountability.
  • Experience working with software development teams, including familiarity with agile methodologies and common project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello).
  • Background in technology, fintech, or investment-related environments is highly beneficial.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, startup setting, with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related discipline) or equivalent practical experience.
