Business Analyst / Data Analyst (Entry-Level to Mid-Level)

Midwestern IT Inc. is currently hiring Entry-Level, Junior-Level, and Mid-Level Business Analysts and Data Analysts for exciting opportunities with our direct clients across the United States.

Position Details

Role: Business Analyst / Data Analyst

Experience: s to 6 years

Employment Type: W2 Contract

Work Location: Hybrid / Onsite (Anywhere in the USA)

Work Authorization: U.S. Citizen, (GC), (EAD), and EAD

Key Responsibilities

Analyze business and operational data to identify trends and generate actionable insights.

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.

Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver effective solutions.

Support business process improvements and digital transformation initiatives.

Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to support business decision-making.

Assist with project planning, implementation, testing, and documentation.

Ensure timely project delivery while maintaining quality standards.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.

Master's degree is an added advantage.

s and candidates with up to 6 years of experience are encouraged to apply.

Knowledge of Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or similar data analysis tools is preferred.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
