The Role • Lead the planning and execution of integration and test programs for verification and validation activities. • Develop and execute complex software and hardware test plans and procedures for system-level testing. • Drive the integration of complex systems, develop test environments, and create necessary tools. • Provide technical and programmatic leadership to internal teams and external customers. • Conduct data analysis, prepare test briefings, and author comprehensive test reports. • Mentor and provide technical guidance to less experienced engineers. What You'll Need • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or Mathematics. • 15+ years of experience in a technical environment, with a strong focus on Test Engineering. • Proven experience in leading Developmental Test and Evaluation, Factory Acceptance Test (FAT), and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT). • Hands-on experience with Radar Systems, including software and hardware integration and testing. • Demonstrated leadership skills with cross-functional experience. • Proficiency in C++, Linux, and/or digital hardware, with MATLAB experience for tool development/systems analysis.
