Industrial Refrigeration Technician

This Industrial Refrigeration Technician role is a direct-hire, permanent position supporting a 24/7 operation with clear advancement paths across multiple technician levels.

Qualifications and responsibilities for this Industrial Refrigeration Technician position include: 5+ years of refrigeration experience EPA Universal Certification (Required) Troubleshoot industrial refrigeration equipment and diagnose system failures Experience with grocery refrigeration or rack refrigeration systems preferred Screw compressor and reciprocating compressor experience a plus Candidate with experience in Adiabatic condensers highly encouraged to apply Monitor system performance, respond to refrigeration alarms, and support continuous production Utilize refrigeration control systems and remote monitoring software; troubleshoot controls and instrumentation Salary: $43 - $56 per hour, commensurate with experience.
