Production Worker

Location: Prichard

Schedule: Multiple Shifts Available

Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

Job Responsibilities:

• Load and unload materials, products, and supplies throughout the facility.
• Operate production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform routine quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.
• Safely perform heavy lifting of materials and products weighing up to 65 pounds.
• Assist with general production, material handling, and facility operations as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the work area and facility.
• Follow all safety procedures, company policies, and production guidelines.
• Work efficiently to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
• Identify and report any equipment, product, or safety concerns to management.
• Perform additional duties and assist other team members as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift and move up to 65 pounds on a regular basis.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
• Ability to work independently while also working effectively as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance, punctuality, and a strong work ethic are required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Must be dependable and willing to learn new processes and equipment.
• Commitment to maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Must be willing to work the assigned shift and perform physical duties throughout the workday.
