Are you a Sales Manager or similar with specification experience in cladding or facades looking to join a long-standing and prestigious company, where you will be recognised as the go to sales expert, with progression routes into Directorship?

In this role you will be responsible for securing vital contracts for cladding and fa ade projects. You will build strong relationships with contractors, specifiers and housing associations to sell External Wall Insulation (EWI) systems across the East of England, from Newcastle down to Suffolk. You will develop new business as well as maintaining existing relationships.

This role would suit an Area Sales Manager or similar with experience working in specification sales for large cladding and insulation projects, looking for a mobile role across the East of the UK, where you will be integral to developing business and maintaining relationships.

The Role:

• Selling EWI systems, cladding and facades to a range of clients, worth millions of pounds
• Travelling the East of the UK from Newcastle down to Suffolk
• Build new relationships with contractors and specifiers, whilst maintaining existing ones
• Monday to Thursday, 8:30am-5pm and Friday 8:30am-4:30pm. 37 hours per week
• Entirely remote with one day in office encouraged and one monthly sales meeting
• Excellent commission structure up to 35K on top of base salary

The Person:

• Sales Manager or similar
• Background in specification selling of cladding or facades
• Comfortable travelling and staying away
