Kfz-Meister als Betriebsleiter | Mannheim, Germany | On-site A leading expert in vehicle glass repair and replacement in Germany is looking for a skilled Automotive Master Technician to assume responsibilities as a Branch Manager. This well-established company operates a widespread network of service centers and mobile units, renowned for its commitment to safety, reliability, and quality. The Role • Perform vehicle glass repairs and replacements, including calibration of driver assistance systems. • Act as the Branch Manager, overseeing technical operations, ensuring adherence to company standards, and managing daily planning. • Provide exceptional customer service from order intake through to vehicle handover. • Handle invoicing, manage customer funds, and process incoming orders. • Implement quality assurance measures, manage inventory, and ensure audit-relevant standards are met. What You'll Need • Completed vocational training in a trade, with ideally several years of professional experience. • Experience as an Automotive Master Technician, Automotive Mechatronics Technician, Automotive Mechanic, or Bodywork Specialist. • Willingness to obtain or already possess Branch Manager (HWK) certification. • Possess a valid Class B driver's license, good German language skills, and PC proficiency. • Strong customer and service orientation, with excellent communication skills. • Ability to work independently, in a team, and foster trusting collaboration.
