Overview

We manage critical infrastructure systems across storage, computing, and databases. As a leading SRE team at the company's Technical Infrastructure, we solve complex scalability challenges through expert system design and automation. You'll work independently on diverse projects while receiving strong mentorship, applying your skills in coding, algorithms, and systems architecture to maintain reliable infrastructure at scale.

Responsibilities
  • Reliability Oversight: Ensure the unwavering performance and efficiency of our core infrastructure, establishing reliability standards and recovery SOPs.
  • Technical Troubleshooting: Investigate and resolve technical issues, conduct bottleneck analyses, and orchestrate enhancements to our system's high availability architecture.
  • Efficiency Mastery: Develop automated operation solutions for large-scale systems, collaborating closely with system development teams to facilitate seamless iteration.
  • Cost Optimization: Manage the intricacies of millions of CPUs by implementing delivery standards, monitoring systems, and strategizing budgets for the optimization of company costs.
Qualifications Minimum Qualifications
  • Individuals who are completing or have recently completed a Bachelor's/Masters' degree in Software Development, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • Solid basic knowledge of computer software, understanding of Linux operating system, storage, network IO and other related principles.
  • Familiar with one or more programming languages, such as Python, Go, and Java. Knowledge of design patterns and coding principles is necessary.
  • Have coding experience in at least one of the following languages: C, C++, Java, Go, or Python.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with computing & big data, and system experience with the following: Kubernetes, Docker/Containers, AIops, Spark, Flink, Function as a service, RPC Framework, and Service Mesh.
