This position involves analyzing business goals, mapping technical requirements, and ensuring smooth integration with platform services. 
You will work with various technologies to troubleshoot challenges and drive process improvements.

Key Responsibilities
Analyze use cases to understand business goals and map technical requirements.
Guide teams through the onboarding journey, ensuring smooth integration with platform services.
Review technical workflows to diagnose issues and validate assumptions.
Monitor integration challenges across data flows and APIs.
Identify and drive process improvements and automation opportunities.

Qualifications
Strong business analysis skills to evaluate use cases and gather requirements.
Technical acumen in reviewing code, understanding data flows, and analyzing API patterns.
Comfort with data literacy, including exploring datasets and troubleshooting data-related issues.
Experience in stakeholder management and guiding teams through onboarding milestones.
Proven ability in process optimization and driving improvements in workflows.
