Business Analyst

Business Analyst (x2) - Identity &amp; Access Management (IGA) Overview<br />We are seeking two experienced Business Analysts to support a global Identity Governance &amp; Administration (IGA) transformation, implementing One Identity Identity Manager.<br />You will play a key role in defining and standardising Joiner, Mover, Leaver (JML) processes across multiple regions and business units, working closely with HR, Technology, Security teams, and a System Integrator.

Roles &amp; Responsibilities Lead discovery and documentation of global JML processes<br />Map current and future state identity lifecycle processes<br />Gather and define business and technical requirements<br />Capture integration requirements (HR systems, SIEM, PAM, ITSM, AD/Entra)<br />Support application onboarding, role modelling, and access policies<br />Document data flows, attribute mappings, and provisioning rules<br />Work with global stakeholders to align regional and business requirements<br />Support UAT planning and execution<br />Produce key documentation (BRDs, user stories, process maps)<br />Skills &amp; Experience Strong experience as a BA on IGA programmes (One Identity, SailPoint, Saviynt)<br />Knowledge of identity lifecycle, JML, and access governance<br />Experience working in large, complex global environments<br />Strong requirements gathering and process mapping skills<br />Experience with HR systems and identity integrations<br />Understanding of identity data models and provisioning workflows<br />Strong stakeholder management and communication skills<br />Analytical mindset with ability to identify risks and dependencies<br />Details Contract: 3–6 months initially<br />Start:
