Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow ITSM Consultant/Developer to support a long-term engagement with our client in North America. The consultant will be responsible for implementing, configuring, enhancing, and supporting ServiceNow ITSM solutions and working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams.
The role requires strong hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform and ITSM processes, along with the ability to work 100% onsite at the client location.
Mandatory Requirements
* Active ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – ITSM (CIS-ITSM) certification is mandatory.
* ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is highly preferred.
* 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience preferred.
* Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM implementations and configurations.
* Strong understanding of Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, and Service Catalog processes.
* Experience with ServiceNow configuration, workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, ACLs, notifications, and integrations.
* Experience working with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into ServiceNow solutions.
* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Must be willing and able to work 100% onsite in North America.
* Must be available for a long-term engagement.
Key Responsibilities
* Configure and customize ServiceNow ITSM modules based on business requirements.
* Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
* Work with Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge Management, and Service Catalog processes.
* Develop and maintain workflows, Flow Designer flows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, ACLs, notifications, and other platform configurations.
* Support integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise applications.
* Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolution.
* Perform testing, debugging, and deployment activities.
* Prepare technical and functional documentation.
* Collaborate with business users, technical teams, project managers, and other stakeholders.
* Follow ServiceNow development and implementation best practices.
ServiceNow's current ITSM materials describe ITSM as covering end-to-end IT service delivery, and its implementation services include areas such as Change Management, Knowledge Management, Request Management, Configuration Management, Service Operations Workspace, and CSDM.
Certification Requirement
MANDATORY: ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – IT Service Management (CIS-ITSM)
Candidates must provide valid certification details along with their resume.
Preferred: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA). ServiceNow describes CSA as validating the ability to configure, implement, and maintain the ServiceNow platform.
