The Role

• Perform vehicle glass replacement and repair, including calibration of driver assistance systems.
• Assume the role of a "Betriebsleiter (HWK)" (Operations Manager), managing technical operations and ensuring adherence to company standards and daily scheduling.
• Provide excellent customer service from order intake to vehicle return, advising and supporting clients.
• Handle invoicing, manage customer funds, and oversee the scheduling and processing of incoming orders.
• Implement quality assurance measures, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with audit standards.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training in a relevant trade, with several years of professional experience.
• Experience as a Master Vehicle Technician, Vehicle Mechatronics Technician, Vehicle Mechanic, or Body Builder is highly desirable.
• Willingness to undertake the required aptitude test for operations management, or already possess the "Betriebsleiter (HWK)" qualification.
• Possess a valid Class B driver's license, strong German language skills, and basic PC proficiency for administrative tasks.
• Demonstrated customer and service orientation, with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, fostering trusting collaboration.

• Competitive starting salary of at least €3,200 gross per month for a full-time position (39 hours/week), with part-time options available.
• Additional €300 gross per month as a functional leadership allowance, plus supplements for extra responsibilities.
