Roles & Responsibilities:

An Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) Tech Lead is a senior-level role focused on leading the design, integration, and delivery of scalable AJO platforms to enhance marketing operations and personalization capabilities

Role Overview

·         The Tech Lead combines strategic and technical leadership to:

·         Architect and implement AJO solutions with agency or internal delivery teams.

·         Align marketing use cases with journey logic, segmentation, and activation workflows.

·         Ensure compliance with GDPR/CCPA and consent management requirements

Key Responsibilities

·         Solution Architecture & Implementation: Lead AJO solution design, integration with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Real-Time CDP, and platform configuration (offers, decisioning rules, triggers, journeys)

·         Data & Schema Design: Define XDM schemas, identity stitching, real-time event models, and customer attributes.

·         Integration & Optimization: Partner with Data Engineering to optimize Snowflake or similar cloud data warehouses for AJO activation.

·         Journey Orchestration: Upgrade and scale customer journeys for better personalization; validate data flows and integration processes.

·         Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Email Ops, Marketing Ops, Martech, CRM, Legal, and Brand teams.

·         Documentation: Create platform configuration docs, use case mappings, and QA plans

Must have skills:
