Business Analyst - Complex Change

- Initial 12 Month FTC (High Likelihood of being made perm)

- Salary: Up to £55,000 DOE + Benefits
Summary of the Role:
Excellent opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst to join a growing team in a leading Financial Services organisation based in central Birmingham.
Joining their growing Change and Transformation function, as a Business Analyst you will be responsible for analysing, defining and shaping strategic outcomes to deliver change across the business, clients and multiple projects.

What You'll Be Doing
- Use Business Analyst skills to gather requirements, analyse processes, manage stakeholders, and review data.
- Taking and providing full ownership of projects and actions.
- Work with people across the business to support change, encourage agile working, and help achieve company goals.
- Run workshops and meetings with key stakeholders and subject experts.
- Create and get approval for project documents such as requirements, process maps, plans, and reports.
- Build strong relationships across the business and with suppliers, helping to identify and resolve issues.
What We're Looking For:
- Proactive, adaptable, and open to new ideas, with a strong focus on people and results
- Experienced Business Analyst with a track record of delivering successful outcomes across projects and programmes
- Strong communicator with the ability to manage and influence a wide range of stakeholders and secure buy-in
- Builds positive relationships across teams and with key business areas to drive collaboration and results
- Well organised, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Skilled in report writing, analysis, and using MS tools like Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and project tools
- Good understanding of financial services or regulated environments
- Experienced in gathering and analysing requirements, including using Agile methods and tools (eg JIRA, DevOps)
- Applies strong analytical thinking to identify business needs, solve problems, and support transformation initiatives
- Knowledge of business analysis best practices, with relevant qualifications or ongoing professional development desirable
