Job Description

Requirements & Qualifications


  • 2–8 years of relevant sales experience
  • Proven track record in new business development and closing sales
  • Strong account management and relationship-building skills
  • Detail-oriented approach with strong follow-through and pipeline management
  • High level of accountability and ownership of performance
  • Reliable transportation for client site visits


Outside Sales Representative

  • Proactively prospect and generate new business opportunities
  • Coordinate schedules and project logistics with internal teams
  • Maintain a current and accurate sales pipeline document
  • Participate in weekly Monday morning production meetings
  • Travel to client sites for consultations and sales visits (own vehicle required)
  • Proactively communicate any roadblocks or challenges
