Cloud Security Consultant (Architect)

We are looking for an Cloud Security Consultant, with strong Cloud Security Architecture experience, to secure our fast-paced cloud transformation and developing AI strategy.

You will deliver robust security design, independent assurance, and clear governance across AWS and Microsoft Azure platforms.

This role requires a strategic thinker who can embed security-by-design principles while seamlessly collaborating with enterprise architects, project managers, and third-party suppliers.

Key Requirements:

Multi-Cloud Expertise: Proven experience designing and securing complex AWS and Azure environments.
AI Infrastructure: Ability to securely architect data platforms, experimentation environments, and production AI initiatives.
Strong familiarity with leveraging existing Cisco strategic security capabilities before integrating cloud-native tooling.
Governance & Risk: Expert at executing security design reviews, identifying vulnerabilities, and providing practical remediation paths.

What You Will Do:

Develop secure reference architectures, patterns, and guardrails for multi-cloud deployments.
Provide independent design assurance to ensure project delivery introduces zero unacceptable risk.
Align all new cloud services with the overarching Information Security Architecture Strategy.


This contract role requires a presence onsite in Liverpool at least twice a week.
