Are you a seasoned IVR developer passionate about creating seamless and intelligent customer self-service experiences? What You’ll Bring to the Table:

• 4+ years of experience in DTMF IVR application development, specifically within CVP (Contact Center).
• Proficiency with Cisco Call Studio, Cisco CVP, VXML Server, and CVP Custom Elements (Java).
• Strong knowledge of Call Studio GUI, Apache Tomcat, and Java development, including client backend integrations via HTTP REST APIs, oAuth2, XML Web Services, and MS SQL Server.
• Hands-on experience with CPV in Java, API integration, and sharing data between IVR systems and agent desktop applications.
• Familiarity with Customer Self-Service Solutions to enhance user experience.
• In-depth understanding of UCCE / ICM, especially in integrating CVP IVR applications with routing scripts, DNIS, queuing to skill groups, CTI variables, and Finesse Agent Desktop.
• Experience with Cyara testing tools is a plus.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in contact center technology solutions and IVR system development.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Prior experience with any travel or specific certifications is a plus but not mandatory.
