HR Project Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Project Manager to join a major transformation programme within a large and complex organisation.

This role will play a pivotal part in delivering people-focused change initiatives, with a particular emphasis on TUPE transfers, organisational change, and HR transformation projects. Working closely with senior stakeholders across HR, Operations and Transformation, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of key workstreams and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage HR transformation projects from initiation through to completion.
• Deliver complex organisational change programmes, including TUPE-related activities.
• Engage and manage senior stakeholders across HR, business and transformation functions.
• Coordinate project plans, governance, risks, issues and dependencies.
• Support the implementation of new HR processes, operating models and ways of working.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and aligned to strategic objectives.

About You

• Proven experience delivering HR transformation programmes as a Project Manager.
• Alternatively, a strong HR background with experience transitioning into project or transformation-focused roles.
• Experience managing TUPE transfers is highly desirable.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of change management and organisational transformation.
• Ability to operate effectively in complex and fast-paced environments.

What's on Offer

• Salary of £80,000-£90,000
• 18-month fixed-term contract
• Hybrid working with 2-3 days per week onsite in Birmingham
