Telematics Pricing Manager

A leading insurer is seeking an experienced pricing professional to join a specialist team at the forefront of telematics and behavioural-data pricing. This is an opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping how driving and usage data is used to better understand risk, improve pricing accuracy, and influence future pricing strategy across a growing and innovative area of the business.

In this role, you will lead telematics pricing initiatives from model development through to implementation, using large and complex datasets to generate insights that directly support commercial decision-making. You will work closely with pricing, data science and product teams to develop and enhance pricing models, improve risk segmentation, and help evolve tools, methodologies and ways of working. The position also offers the opportunity to mentor colleagues and contribute to building capability across the wider team.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience within General Insurance pricing, particularly in telematics or usage-based insurance, and be comfortable working with analytical tools such as Radar, SQL and Python. You will be a commercially minded problem-solver who can translate complex technical analysis into clear business recommendations, while confidently engaging and influencing stakeholders across multiple functions.
