Hiring: Senior Service & Process Designer-BPR

We are looking for an experienced Senior Service & Process Designer with a strong background in Business Process Reengineering (BPR), Service Design, and process transformation.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Process Reengineering (BPR) or Service Design.
• Minimum 2 years of experience identifying logical groupings of transactions for incremental releases.
• Experience with Legacy-to-Cloud transformation, particularly reengineering workflows from Mainframe/COBOL to modern cloud platforms such as Salesforce/MuleSoft.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with BPMN 2.0 process modeling and process mapping.
• Experience designing and optimizing Omnichannel / Self-Service First processes.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification is highly desirable.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with Technical Architects, Developers, and business stakeholders during process transformation initiatives.

Preferred Experience:

• At least one successfully completed Legacy-to-Cloud transformation project.
• At least two successfully completed projects involving BPMN 2.0.
• At least two successfully completed projects involving Self-Service First / channel-shift strategies.
