Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled AI/ML Engineer with 15+ years of experience to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-scale Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), MLOps, cloud platforms, and advanced machine learning frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models for enterprise applications.
• Build and optimize Generative AI and LLM-based solutions.
• Develop scalable data pipelines and ML workflows.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists, Product Managers, and Software Engineers.
• Implement MLOps best practices for model deployment and monitoring.
• Optimize model performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Ensure AI security, governance, and Responsible AI compliance.
• Stay updated with the latest AI technologies and industry trends.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of IT experience with strong AI/ML expertise.
• Proficiency in Python and machine learning libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
• Experience with LLMs, RAG, LangChain/LangGraph, AI Agents, and Vector Databases.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform AI services.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, NoSQL, Spark, and distributed data processing.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and MLOps tools.
• Knowledge of REST APIs and microservices architecture.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Bachelor''s or Master''s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or Google Vertex AI.
• AI/ML or Cloud certifications are highly preferred.
