Job Title: Sr. Techno Functional Consultant – SAP IS-U Customer Service
Location: Columbus, OH (Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite)

Preference: Local to Ohio or EST Time Zone Candidates Preferred

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Techno Functional Consultant with strong expertise in SAP IS-U Customer Service and Digital Channels to support a long-term utility transformation project. The ideal candidate should possess a strong blend of functional and technical knowledge and be capable of collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable SAP IS-U solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and support SAP IS-U Customer Service modules.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
• Design and implement enhancements for SAP IS-U Customer Service and Digital Channels.
• Provide techno-functional expertise during development, testing, and deployment.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing application support.
• Coordinate with technical teams for integrations and custom developments.
• Participate in solution design, documentation, and knowledge transfer.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of SAP experience.
• Strong expertise in SAP IS-U Customer Service.
• Experience with Digital Channels in SAP Utilities.
• Strong techno-functional consulting experience.
• Experience with system integrations and business process optimization.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid onsite environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Utilities industry experience.
• SAP S/4HANA exposure is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
