Sales & Intake Coordinator

Dunham & Jones, Attorneys at Law, P.C., a leading criminal defense and DWI firm, seeks a Sales & Intake Coordinator to drive new client conversion and support our trial team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, conducting detailed intakes, evaluating case fit, and scheduling consultations. You'll blend sales acumen with legal awareness to clearly explain our services, build trust, and ensure seamless handoff to attorneys. Working in a collaborative, client-focused culture, you will track leads, maintain accurate records, and help optimize our intake process to support aggressive, personalized defense for every client.
