Designer - Graphic Designer II

Location: Seattle, Washington (Onsite)

Contract Length: 6 months, potential for extension based on performance and team budget

Est. Start Date: ASAP

Business Hours: Mon-Fri, 40hr/wk, core business hours (8a-5p) PST, no OT/Holiday

COMPENSATION: $33-$42/hr

Role Overview

We are seeking a talented and customer-focused graphic designer to join a web retail design team. The ideal candidate will deliver clean, web-ready designs based on existing style guides and brand guidelines in a fast-paced production environment. This position requires strong organizational skills, web expertise, intrinsic design ability, typographic skills, and acute attention to detail. An online portfolio of work is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver clean, web-ready designs based on existing style guides and brand guidelines.
• Manage multiple projects and communicate with key stakeholders.
• Perform Photoshop or Figma image production touch-ups.
• Handle colorizing and masking outlines.
• Export images to developer specifications.
• Create sprites and size chart images.
• Apply UX principles for existing screens, following patterns in our design system.

Required Qualifications

Education: BA/BS in Design or equivalent.

Experience: A minimum of 2+ years of experience in a web production environment.

Technical Skills: Excellent Adobe Photoshop skills.

Top 3 Must Have:

• Someone with coding skills
• Ability to draw the boundary and overlay the image
• Has strong digital expertise

Preferred Qualifications

• Retail web and merchant design experience is a plus.
• ImageMagick experience or knowledge is preferred, but not required. Must be open to learning this skill.
• Prototyping
• AI tool experience
