Responsibilities, aka, what we'd like you to deliver :

Own daily rider operations across assigned clusters to ensure high fulfilment and

delivery performance.

Track and improve key rider metrics such as attendance, on-time performance, delivery

efficiency, productivity, and compliance.

Act as the first line of resolution for on-ground operational challenges and eliminate

bottlenecks quickly.

Drive rider discipline, adherence to SOPs, and safety standards across shifts.

Lead and mentor Rider Leads and Delivery Executives, ensuring proper training,

motivation, and performance management.

Optimize routing, shift planning, and rider allocation using data-driven insights.

Collaborate with city operations and central teams to implement engagement initiatives

and process improvements.

Ensure high customer satisfaction by maintaining strong execution standards and

minimal service lapses.

Identify performance gaps, conduct root-cause analysis, and implement corrective

actions to improve last-mile efficiency.

Are you who we're searching for:

Qualification: Graduate

Experience: 3-4 years in last-mile operations, fleet/rider management, or

e-commerce delivery.

Strong understanding of rider performance metrics and cluster-level operations

Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with dashboards and performance tracking

tools

Strong people management and communication skills, especially with

ground-level teams
