Role Summary:

Seeking a highly motivated Business Analyst with strong Market Access domain expertise to support business initiatives across Pricing, Contracting, Government Programs, Rebates, Gross-to-Net (GTN), Managed Care, and Market Access Operations.

Primary (Must have skills)*

Market Access Domain Expertise:

Strong understanding of the US Pharmaceutical Market Access ecosystem

Experience supporting Managed Care, Payer, PBM, Government Programs, and Specialty Pharmacy processes

Knowledge of Pricing, Contracting, Rebates, Chargebacks, and Gross-to-Net calculations

Understanding of Commercial, Medicare, Medicaid, and 340B programs

Knowledge of formulary management and payer access dynamics

Familiarity with pharmaceutical sales and market access business functions

Business Analysis Skills

Requirement elicitation and stakeholder management

Process mapping, workflow analysis, and gap assessment

BRD, FRD, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria preparation

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Business process improvement and optimization experience

Secondary Skills (Good to have)

Experience with Model N applications

Knowledge of Gross-to-Net forecasting processes

Experience working with Specialty Pharmacy and HUB Operations

Understanding of Patient Access and Patient Support Services

Experience supporting Government Pricing programs
